The holiday home for 18 persons has six bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, two bunk beds, four single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a VCR, a DVD player, a fireplace, two televisions, a stereo and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a fitness equipment, a football table, a terrace, a sauna and a balcony or terrace and there are two balconies. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower, seven toilets, seven showers, a steam shower and a massage shower.

The holiday home has two fridges, a Internet connection (wireless), two tumble dryers, two garages, two freezers and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a cot, een baby bath and a high chair.

Shuttles in front of the chalet lead (10 minutes) to the cable car that connects Champagny le Bas with La Plagne "Paradiski", one of the biggest ski areas in the world. The fantastic restaurant Refuge du Bois is only 100 m from the chalet. Nearby there is also a toboggan run for children, an ice house, horse riding and plenty of experienced ski instructors.

The chalet cooperates with a shop in Champagny for winter sports equipment rental. Parking is available and there are charging points for electric cars. After a long day, relax by the fireplace (logs available), in the hammam or with a massage in the massage room.

Julien welcomes you with appropriate gifts (mulled wine from Montmélian, Beaufort cheese from the valley, Savoyard sausage, etc.).

For your seminars and conferences, you can comfortably accommodate up to 42 people if you book our two adjoining chalets (Chalet Le 360 and Chalet Le KB).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
