Ski access: the main bus stop to all the ski areas is a 3 minute walk away. If you’re driving you can use the private car park underneath the building.

Neighbourhood: a young and vibrant area with a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and wallets within a short walk. Our local square features trendy cafes and bars, and is opposite the famous Aiguille du Midi lift.

With 3 ensuite bedrooms, this Chamonix rental apartment is a relaxing home from home after a long day's ski or hike. You have numerous restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep and with a supermarket and spa nearby, it's easy to get comfortable and enjoy your stay. The kitchen and dining area of Rupicapra apartment open onto the small private balcony which enjoys a view of Mont Blanc, as does the master bedroom. All bedrooms benefit from underfloor heating and ensuite bathroom access: relax in the master bedroom with its high ceilings, next door the bunk room is bright and airy, and both rooms share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite shower room with WC. The third bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and toilet, and boasts a king size bed under the sloping roof. The Chamonix rental apartment has access to the communal underground car park of Chamonix Sud for one car and a ski locker, as well as ski boot storage in the utility room. The utility room also offers a combined washing machine & tumble dryer.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
