This beautiful 43m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor with an elevator of the “Alpes 2” residence, can accommodate up to 4 people. Situated in the heart of Chamonix, it offers a living room with a BZ type double sofa bed (130x190), TV, and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, combi oven/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, and fondue maker. The apartment also features a balcony with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the scenic views.
Located just 260 meters from the bus stop (Chamonix center), and within walking distance to key attractions, cafes, and shops, the apartment offers an excellent base for exploring Chamonix. The bus station is 700 meters away, while the SNCF train station is only 550 meters from the property. Guests can easily access the town’s vibrant center and nearby ski resorts, making it ideal for both outdoor adventures and relaxation.
The apartment includes a double bedroom (160x200), a bathroom, and toilet. It also features underground parking (height 2m), a ski locker, and Wi-Fi. A deposit by credit card is required before arrival. The non-smoking apartment does not accept pets and provides a comfortable space for your stay in Chamonix.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
