This stylish studio apartment is located on the first floor (with lift access) of a modern and well-maintained residence in the heart of South Chamonix. Its central location offers unbeatable convenience, just a 2-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station—perfect for exploring the mountains in every season. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, served by the scenic Mont Blanc Express, is only a 4-minute stroll away. For international travellers, Geneva Airport can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by car.

The open plan living area is flooded with light from the French windows overlooking the mountains and forest. The apartment is stylishly furnished with everything guests need for a comfortable stay. The seating area has a double sofa and a flat screen TV. Next to this is the kitchen/dining area. Here guests can enjoy meals at the dining table by the kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, rotisserie, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and toaster.

Sleeping
The sleeping area is separated from the main living space by a screen. It includes a double bed and a reading light.
The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom has a full bath with a shower attachment and a basin. There is a separate W.C.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
