General

The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, four single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets, a hairdryer and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

The retro-inspired décor is paired with quality furnishings, and the additional TV room offers the perfect spot for movie nights or quiet reading. Free WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix, French TV, and a DVD player keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine — ideal for longer stays. The apartment also provides ski storage with boot heaters, outdoor furniture, and two private parking spaces. Please note, pets, including dogs, are not permitted.

In winter, enjoy world-class skiing at Le Brévent, La Flégère, Grands Montets, Les Houches, Vallorcine, Le Tour, St Gervais, Megève, Les Contamines, and Courmayeur (Italy), or take ski-away days to Crans Montana. Off the slopes, explore ice skating, sledging, après-ski, or take the Aiguille du Midi cable car, Skyway Monte Bianco, or Montenvers train to the Mer de Glace. In summer, go hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, trail running, rafting, canyoning, or enjoy watersports at Lake Passy.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
