Between Cévennes and Southern Ardèche and near the pretty village of Vans, the residence Terres de France - Domaine des Vans is distinguished by its small houses made of local stone located in a magnificent 3-hectare wooded park, comfortable and up to date.

You will be very close to the rivers of Ardèche, notably Chassezac, and at the gates of the famous Bois de Païolive, a sensitive natural area. An ideal location for nature and local lovers. Groups are welcome and privatization of the site is possible.

The spacious cottages in this area, which can accommodate up to 10 people, have been designed to provide you with all the comfort and equipment necessary for a successful stay. Each house also has a large furnished terrace to share unforgettable moments.

For lunch or dinner, take advantage of the great diversity of restaurants around the residence. All the cuisines of the world are available to you without forgetting the local cuisine rich in discoveries and specialties... The Domaine des Vans has a room to host your events in a relaxed setting, groups, family events and seminars with service caterer.

On the leisure side, the Domaine des Vans offers some facilities (children's playground, city park, bowling alley and ping-pong tables). But above all the residence has a privileged location with many excursions and activities nearby: Canoeing, Kayaking and numerous activities in the rivers, Chassezac and Ardèche gorges, numerous swimming spots in the river , fishing, marked hiking trails (gorges and Cévennes national park), climbing, caving, archery, paragliding, mountain biking, tree climbing, the Païolive woods, the Cocalière cave, Thines and its Romanesque church, the Chauvet-Pont d'Arc cave, Labeaume, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Portes castle, the Garde Guerin, the park region of the Monts d'Ardèche, Mont Lozère, Balazuc, Lake Villefort, the Concluses de Lussan... just a few examples of the countless riches found in this beautiful region!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
