The Marmotton residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the Tralenta area, behind the La Marmotte residence and in the immediate vicinity of the Vallonnet chairlift. Arrival and departure on skis are at the foot of the La Marmotte residence.
The housekeeping service is included and includes cleaning, bed linen and bathroom linen rental, and beds made upon arrival. Apartment Amenities:
On the ground floor of the brand new Marmottons building, the "Tout Schuss" apartment offers modern and welcoming decor and high-quality amenities.
The apartment consists of a living room with a seating area, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, etc.).
For sleeping accommodations, you will find:
A double bedroom next to the living room.
On the mezzanine, you'll find a TV/games area and two single beds (height limit: 1.65 m).
Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.
This apartment will be ideal for accommodating a family or a group of friends (up to 4 people).
You have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer.
Paid covered municipal parking is available 50 meters away (approximately €60/week) or free outdoor parking is available 300 meters away.
Wi-Fi. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Noise from snow removal can occur from 7:30 a.m. during snowfall.
By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and ski passes reserved by us will be delivered directly to the residence reception. You can also benefit from discounted rates with our partners (lift passes, ski equipment rental).
Rates include all taxes, excluding administration fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available at an additional cost.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
