Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
