The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an elevator, a balcony, a hot tub, a sauna and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, three toilets, two washbasins and a shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

This two-bedroom apartment is one of the building's most generous layouts for six, with air conditioning and two shower rooms.

The apartment features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a living area with a double sofa bed and TV — all on a spacious floor plan. Two shower rooms, each with a separate toilet, keep the group's daily routine entirely frictionless. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and includes a coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Air conditioning runs throughout, and free Wi-Fi is included. Covered parking is available at an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
