North of Avignon, at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux, the Drôme Provençale is still an insider tip: a Mediterranean climate, unspoilt nature, warm people, picturesque villages and colourful markets. The lovingly restored, over 200-year-old stone house combines the traditional architecture of an old Provençal property with all amenities such as a modern kitchen, heated private pool (June-September) and central heating. It is located on a small private road (dead end), in the neighbourhood of two other holiday homes and surrounded by unspoilt nature, forests and truffle groves. The listed ruins of a former monastery are just a short distance away. You can go for walks or longer hikes in the immediate vicinity.

The old plane tree in the garden is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Take a refreshing dip in the pretty pool and enjoy a cosy start or end to the day on the terrace. The olive tree in the garden, after which the property is named, will emphasise the wonderful impression.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
