Located in the "Les Plaisances" residence, near the slopes and shops, this 55m² 3-room duplex apartment sleeps 6. It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator), with a balcony and an individual ski locker on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. It opens onto a spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a dining area.

A separate toilet leads off the entrance hall.

One bedroom has a double bed. The second has two single beds. The mezzanine accommodates two single bunk beds.

The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, and toilet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
