Detailed information

145 km northwest of Helsinki. Artificial pond 40 m (length 100 m, breadth 50 m), deep, sanded mud bottom. Small boat in shared use with cottage 7299.

Log cabin 1996, living room/kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk bed. Upstairs double bed and two separate beds, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Entry to sauna, washroom and toilet through veranda.

Garden swing, childrens swing, barbeque shelter. A total of 4 bicycles available for guests of the two cottages, inquiries from the owner.

The owner has the option to collect a 150 e key/cleaning deposit upon the customer's arrival. The payment will be returned when everything is in order on departure.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
