This holiday home for 8 persons has three bedrooms.

47 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Pienivesi 25 m (length 12 km, width 1 km), hard sand/gravel bottom, pier and own rowing boat.

Log cabin 1994, kitchen, living room, bedroom (8.5 m²) with double bed, washroom, WC, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), on the upper floor bedroom (9.5 m²) with 2 beds, sleeping alcove (6 m²), 2 extra beds in the lobby by using mattresses, balcony. Covered porch.

There is WiFi connection (10 Mbit/s), plenty of satellite channels and air source heat pump in the cabin. You can rent a bathtub, canoes and fishing equipment from the owner. Please, check availability of bathtub and other rental equipments in advance (those are rented for several cottages).
Kuikankoto is a peaceful rental cabin, ideal for families with children or for a larger group. No visual contact with the neighbor. In the large yard, you can do many kinds of activities. Shallow sandy beach suits well for small children.

You can rent movable bathtub (on the trailer) from the owner. Price is 120e/day and the bathtub will be delivered as pre-heated. Bathtub is also available during whole winter season. Availability must be checked in advance as it is also rented to other cottages.

Max 1 pet allowed.

Pertunmaa 2,5 km, ski trails in Pertunmaa (length 10 km) 2 km. Kuortti 13 km, Heinola 47 km, ski resort PURNUVUORI 58 km, Mikkeli 60 km, Helsinki 185 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. You can also relax, because near Kuikankoto in Pertunmaa you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
