The holiday home for 13 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

Käkikello is high-quality and modern villa for a comfortable holiday even with a larger group. Very suitable for a holiday with two families or several generations. 49 km south of Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa 15 m, hard, gently deepening sanded bottom, rowing boat.

Wooden villa 2023, 160 m² spacious living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, loft with two sleeping alcoves (no curtains) with two beds each and a toilet.
Sauna area with dressing room/sauna room, toilet, bathroom, wood stove in the sauna, hot tub on the terrace.

In the basement of the villa there is a 40 m² two-room apartment with its own entrance, which can be booked from the owner for an additional fee, starting at 200 e/weekend. This space has a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

There is a summer room in the yard with a gas grill. There is a kitchenette in the hut for cooking. A two-car carport, which also has an electric car charging facility, charging is included in the price.

NOTE! Use of the hot tub is included in the price from May to October. At other times, the hot tub is only rented preheated, payment 100 euros in cash on site. The frost limit for using the hot tub is -15 degrees.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
