The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna.

13 km north of Mikkeli, there is the atmospheric and cozy Havukka cottage, which is perfect for couples who appreciate nature and peace or a small group of friends for an evening gathering. The cottage is located on a beautiful wild forest slope on the shore of pond Ekslampi (40 m). There is only one other cottage on the shore of the same pond, which is not visible. There is a private rowing boat available on the shore and you can catch pike and perch from the pond.

Log cottage 1975, renovated 1999, bright and nicely retro-romantic decorated living room and kitchen, with a double bed (two single beds on a single mattress, separate mattresses also available on request in advance), a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. Dining table for four and an open fireplace to add atmosphere. The kitchen has cold and hot water, no dishwasher. Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Bathroom with toilet and shower. The cottage has a large covered terrace with plenty of space for grilling and sitting in the evenings. The cottage has room for two to four guests, and there are two 90x200 cm beds in the summer shed as an alternative bed. The 8-square-meter shed (1975) has electricity for lighting and additional heating if necessary. Note: the shed is only available in June-August.

Beach sauna 8 m² (1975), with a wood-burning stove and stove tank, 5 m of water from the pond, electric light, terrace. Stairs to the sauna and the beach. The wood-burning beach sauna has soft steam baths and it is convenient to take a dip in the cool pond from the sauna. The beach is hard, with a deep mud bottom. The depth in the middle of the pond is 14 m, the depth at the end of the pier is about 3 meters and the beach is very suitable for swimmers with good swimming skills.

Next to the beach sauna there is a small atmospheric grill house with an open fireplace, a wood stove and a charcoal grill for preparing a variety of dishes. In the grill house you can fry sausages, sit in the evening, cook soot-pan coffee in the open fireplace, even in rainy weather. There is also a terrace and an electrical outlet in the grill house.
In addition, there is a wood shed and an outdoor toilet in the yard.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
