Please note that the accommodation price for the property includes accommodation for a maximum of 5 people.
If there are 6-9 people staying, you must book additional accommodation in an outbuilding (product "Outbuilding for hire"), please book according to the number of people you need; 1-2 additional people = 1 outbuilding, 3-4 additional people = 2 outbuildings. It is also possible to book the outbuilding rooms directly from the owner, in which case the payment will also be made to him.
In the courtyard, in the outbuilding located next to the lakeside sauna, there are 2 separate rooms, each with 2 beds: additional beds for a total of 4 people. The outbuilding rooms are rented as additional accommodation all year round. Toilets and showers are available in the lakeside sauna building located approx. 20 m away or in the main cottage.

At the lakeside sauna also a hot tub available for additional fee, hot tub will be filled with water in advance.
Pets are allowed, please add a pet fee to your reservation if you are staying with a pet.

If you are coming to spend a weekend and want to enjoy your holiday until the end, then we recommend that you book also final cleaning. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning.
The property is intended for a peaceful holiday, e.g. for families, and is not rented to groups under 25 years of age or e.g. stag or hen parties.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
