Hiekkaranta is a lakeside cabin true to its name, where the shallow sandy beach is perfect for small children.
44 km north of Heinola, Lake Ylä-Rääveli (6 km long, 0.3 km wide) 5 m, a firm, gently sloping sandy bottom, a pier, and a rowing boat.
This log cabin, originally built in 1974 and fully renovated/rebuilt in 2007, features a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for two, a bedroom with two single beds, and a WC with access to the bathroom with a shower. The sauna has a wood-burning stove. Enjoy the covered porch and the open terrace just a few steps from the water.
By the shore, a grill shelter with a traditional hut kitchen and an electric Muurikka pan is perfect for outdoor cooking.
A travel crib is available free of charge by prior request.
