Completely renovated in 2014, the 275 m² cabin provides ample room for gatherings, celebrations, and relaxing holidays. There is a separate summer kitchen in the yard, and the expansive lawn areas invite guests to enjoy the outdoors and play yard games. A hot tub is included in the price from May to September — the water is ready, and you heat it whenever you wish to enjoy a warm soak.
The cabin enjoys beautiful views over fields and the nearby lake. The child-friendly beach of Lake Kotijärvi is only about 400 meters away. At the lakeside, you will find a private pier and a campfire site, perfect for atmospheric evenings by the water.
The cabin features a spacious living room and a kitchen where the whole group can dine together. There are six bedrooms, each with a double bed, two WCs, and a downstairs living area equipped with a billiards table.
Please note: The hot tub is available free of charge from early May until the end of September. During other periods, please contact the owner directly for pricing and availability.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
