75 km to the northeast from Pori, lake Jämijärvi 30 m, quickly deepening, soft bottom, pier (water depth at the end of the pier is 160 cm in year 2020), swimming ladder, own rowing boat.
60 m2 cabin, built in 1975. Living room/kitchen (fridge with small, integrated freezer box in the kitchen, no ordinary freezer), living room with spreadable sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds, air source heat pump with cooling function, fireplace.
There is also a wood heated sauna with washroom and toilet located in the same building.
Large terrace (built in 2020) in front of the cabin. Nice views over the lake. Stable stairs (built also in 2020) leading to the beach.
There is also a summer kitchen with gas grill, electric stove and wood stove located in the yard area.
Note! If you have a pet with you, please choose the additional service "pet fee". The pet fee covers a maximum of two pets.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
