Villa Iloinen is a spacious cabin with a cozy interior, offering excellent facilities for a holiday stay. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three floors, allowing for easy access to a peaceful place to rest.

Located 35 km southwest of Tampere, the cabin is 40 m from Lake Pyhäjärvi, featuring a deep, rocky, firm clay-bottomed shore. The water at the end of the pier is approximately 2 m deep. The property includes a private pier and a rowing boat.

This log cabin, built in 2019, has a kitchen and living room with a heat-storing fireplace on the main floor. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with a 120 cm bed for one person, as well as a separate toilet. The lowest floor has a third bedroom with two 80 cm beds. Additionally, the loft has two separate 80 cm beds, which can be combined into a double bed if needed. The lowest floor also includes a separate toilet, a utility room, a bathroom with two showers, and a sauna with an electric stove. There is a covered terrace.

The property also features a separate lakeside sauna with a fireplace room and a sauna with a wood-burning stove.

Thanks to its good amenities, separate sleeping areas, and convenient transport connections, the cabin is also well-suited for business travel.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
