General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Cottage located in a quiet area close to the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom.

Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater.

Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet, which also has a washing machine. The covered terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging).

A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. Tennis sessions can be booked on site. Instructions for booking can be found at the cottage, in the cottage folder.

Pets (small) dogs are allowed for an additional fee. A well-located rental cottage a short distance from the centre of Tampere. Jogging paths start next to the cottage, which take you all the way to the centre of Tampere, even through the Soukonvuori nature reserve. In winter, a good network of cross-country ski trails also starts nearby. Kauppi nature and sports area is located 9 km away.

Tampere centre 11 km, Tampere-Pirkkala airport 25 km, Särkänniemi 15 km, Nokia Areena 12 km, Ratina stadium 15 km, Tammer Golf 6.5 km.

Linen and final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee.

There is a lake/open water less than 450 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Rustholli 1 in Tampere you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
