The apartment building was built in 2023. The apartment has a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. It is equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One room has a 180 x 200 cm queen-size bed and the other has a bunk bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. The living room has a sofa that can be used as an extra bed (140 x 200 cm) for two people. In addition, the apartment has two thick foam mattresses that can be used as extra beds if necessary.
The apartment has two toilets. One is a separate toilet and the other is in the washroom. The washroom has two showers. The sauna is spacious and has an electric heater.
The glazed balcony has a jacuzzi, the use of which is included in the rent. The balcony also has an uncovered part outside the glazing where the sun can shine without obstacles.
There is a garage in the basement with a parking space belonging to the apartment. The location is also easily accessible by tram.
