A cozy and well-equipped villa with a private sandy beach. There is a campfire site by the water, perfect for enjoying peaceful summer evenings by the fire.
The villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The town of Ikaalinen is just 8 km away, and the popular Ikaalinen Spa is 10 km from the property.
8 km southwest of Ikaalinen and 56 km northwest of Tampere, Lake Kyrösjärvi 25 m. The shallow sandy beach is ideal for swimming, and a private pier and rowing boat are available for guest use.
This log-built villa (2009) features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a heat-storing fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation. There is a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The washroom includes a shower and a sauna with an electric sauna stove.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The upstairs bedroom features two single beds, and an additional single bed is located on the upper floor's hall.
In summer, guests can enjoy the furnished terrace, which includes a gas grill, high-quality garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a trampoline.
The owner rents a sup-board for 60 e/week.
Please note: pets are not allowed, but the owner’s cat has occasionally stayed at the villa.
