General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna.

The holiday home has a washing machine.

Lauluranta cottage is situated in a stunning location on the shore of Lake Päijänne, overlooking Tehinselkä. The cottage’s spacious yard is left in its natural state, making it a pleasant place to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The Lauluranta cottage is rented out for peaceful holidays only.

The beach is shallow and covered in natural sand.
There is a sturdy dock on the beach, suitable even for large boats. At the end of the dock, the water depth is approximately 1–1.5 m, depending on the water level of Lake Päijänne.

The main cottage is log-built (1998) and features a heated glass-enclosed porch, a living room, and a kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. In addition, the cottage has two lofts, one with two beds and the other with one bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room features a cast-iron fireplace with a glass door. Indoor toilet.

The sauna cottage is located right by the shore. The cabin features a sauna with both a wood-burning and an electric stove, as well as a spacious washroom with a shower. The lounge area of the sauna cabin includes a modern wooden sofa that converts into a 160 cm bed, plus a loveseat and a wicker chair set. The cabin also has a large covered terrace with a dining set. Other amenities include a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Both cabins have running potable water from a drilled well.
Air source heat pumps are also installed in both cabins

In the yard, there is a barbecue shelter with a brick-built wood-fired grill, a gas grill, and a brick-lined fire pit.

On the shore, there is a boathouse with a rowboat and a SUP board available for the tenant’s use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
