Villa Lager is a high-quality log villa completed in 2020, located in the heart of the Finnish Sports Institute in Vierumäki. All of Vierumäki's services, from golf to bowling, from the beach to tennis and a spa, are within a short walk.

Villa Lager is the perfect destination for active families of 6-8 or groups of people who appreciate quality living with a variety of recreational opportunities. The two-story floor plan accommodates eight people in four bedrooms.

The downstairs living room with open kitchen is spacious and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a lot of light throughout the year. The setting is perfect for relaxed socializing and the fully equipped kitchen meets the needs of even the most demanding home chef. There is also one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and private toilet. In addition, there is a dressing room, a washroom with two showers and an electric heater in the sauna, a separate toilet.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two beds. Upstairs there is also a hall, toilet and shower.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
