75 km to the northeast from Kuopio, lake Valkeinen (length 500 m, width 500 m) 20 m, shallow sandy bottom, water depth at the end of the pier is about one meter, rowing boat.
Wooden cabin built in 1975, renovated in 2017, living room/kitchen, spreadable sofa, bunk bed in hallway, bedroom (with sliding door) doublebed (140 cm wide), washroom, shower & WC, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove).
Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per reservation.
The cottage has charging possibility for electric car for extra fee 5€ / day. For rent Evtun Accelev 8kw charger type1 / type2, additional price 10 €.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
