A cozy retreat in a peaceful setting, perfect for nature lovers. Located in a tranquil environment, Koivikko is a charming holiday cabin ideal for a relaxing getaway or nature-based activities. Just 3 km from Pisa Nature Reserve, it also offers access to the majestic views of Lake Ala-Siikajärvi by boat. The lake is well-suited for fishing, with typical freshwater species and pike-perch available.
70 km southwest of Kuopio, Lake Ala-Siikajärvi 35 m, no pier, private rowing boat included.
Log cabin built in 1995. Glazed porch, spacious living area with a large dining table and sofas, one of which converts into a 140×200 cm bed for two. Kitchenette, WC/washroom, and sauna with an electric sauna stove.
The upper floor features one 120×190 cm bed, a sofa bed that converts into a 140×190 cm bed, and one 80×200 cm mattress on the floor. A crib is also available. The cabin does not have a TV.
The terrace has garden furniture, a kettle grill, and a gas-powered ring burner with a grill pan. A starter pack of charcoal and lighter fluid is provided; additional supplies can be purchased by guests as needed.
A 4 hp petrol outboard motor is available for rent directly from the owner. Fuel must be purchased separately by the guest.
Electric car charging is possible via a standard outdoor socket for an additional fee.
There is a smoke sauna on the lakeshore that can be rented directly from the owner. Please note, guests are not permitted to heat the smoke sauna themselves.
This cabin is only rented for peaceful holiday use.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
