Semi-detached apartment located near Koli village and the Koli national park. The yard is spacious, sheltered and flat. The hot tub can be rented from the owner starting from 12.11.2022. The hot tube is rented for both sides of the semi-detached house, so please ensure availability.
72 km to the north from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 250 m (871.2 km²), shallow public beach of the Purnuniemi holiday cabin area, which is full of boats. On the beach, there is a shared boat with the Purnutar A apartment. Apartment in a log-built semi-detached house 2000, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, small bed room with 2 beds, spacious loft with 2 beds, washroom, electric sauna, terrace. Available for rent to a maximum of 6 people.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
