50 km northeast of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa/Puruvesi 14 m, hard sandy bottom, private boat.
Rotating log villa built in 2014, with a living room, kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, dressing/utility room, hall, and a 100 m² terrace on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, another bedroom with a double bed and 1 bed plus a balcony, an alcove with 1 bed, and a sitting area with a sofa bed.
There is also a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and lake water. A hot tub is available for rent as an additional service (1-3 days: €150, 4-7 days: €200).
Heat recovery system. Air source heat pump. WiFi.
The property has waste sorting points, and the owner requests that guests sort their waste during their stay.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
