Large, modern holiday apartment, located in the middle of a beautiful country landscape, close to the services of Joensuu.
32 km to the southwest from Joensuu, pond Reilampi 200 m (0.711 km²), shallow clay bottom, shore, and boat. No access to swimming from the shore. There is a neighbor's boat on the shore, which he uses every day (does not pass through the cottage's yard).
Holiday apartment built in 2011. On the ground floor, there is a living room/kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition to the fireplace on the living room side, there is a baking oven on the kitchen side. On the ground floor, there are also 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (lower bed width is 120 cm). On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room, electric sauna, washroom, dressing room, and 2 separate WCs.
On the upper floor, there is a living area with TV that can be used for games and 2 spacious bedrooms. The first has 120 cm wide bed. The second bedroom has one bed and is furnished as a children's room with many toys. There is a separate WC on the upper floor as well.
The evening sun shines on the beachside terrace.
This cottage is not rented to youth groups under the age of 25.
