The holiday home for 14 persons has a bathroom and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

Tervakko is a high-quality and well-equipped villa. The location is excellent in its own peace, about 8 km from the Luosto visitor center. You have direct access to the nature trail from the terrace by using a connecting route. In winter, you have access to the snowmobile trail network and freeride skiing sites.

This spacious and airy building allows accommodation also for a larger group. One of the six bedrooms has 120 cm wide bed, and in the upstairs lobby is a single bed in addition to the sofa bed. The other bedrooms have two single beds.

A large and warm porch is every traveler's dream, plenty of drying space for many kinds of outdoor equipment. In addition to the washing machine and tumble dryer, there are two drying cabinets in the utility room. The kitchen has two large refrigerators and chest freezer, as well as other necessary kitchen equipment, including coffee makers. The extra equipment is video projector and screen, so Tervakko is also ideal for meetings. Fiber optical Internet connection ensure fast and trouble-free Internet connection.

There are 2 WCs on the ground floor as well as a washroom with 2 showers and sauna. On the upper floor, there are 2 WCs (one with shower), as well. Two drying cabinets for clothes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
