Nicely furnished row house was completed in 2021, near in vicinity of Vuokatti near to Katinkulta spa area services. Recommended for families and sports people.
Floor area 80 m². Combined living room and kitchen, bedroom with twin bed, sauna (electric heating), washroom/WC. Upstairs; bedroom with two beds, open alcove with two separate beds, open loft with TV and chairs, also separate WC on upstairs.
This apartment has it´s own fireplace, clazed terrace and separate small storage for skies. Car shelter with a plug.
Additional equipment: potty and child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Hair dryer. The rental includes final cleaning, hand soaps, dishwasher detergent and hand dishwashing detergent, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of kitchen paper, filter bags, pamphlets, baking paper, plastic wrap, foil, and firewood. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Vuokatti slopes 2 km, cross country tracks 20 m, Beach 500 m, Katinkulta Spa 800 walking distance, with 1,5 km. Bowling 700 m, food store 400 m.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
