60 km northwest of Kajaani, lake Oulujärvi 20 m, shallow beach, sand bottom, suitable for children, 2 rowing boats.
Wooden villa, built in 2016. Living-room kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (made as double bed), second bedroom with 2 single beds, upstairs 7 beds, low ceiling upstairs (maximum height 160 cm), utility room with shower, separate toilet, partially covered large terrace. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (geothermal). Also equipped with a cooling device connected to geothermal heat. No sauna in the villa, but there is a separate lakeside sauna.
Lakeside building (22 m²) with sauna, washroom (shower), dressing room, guest bedroom with foldable bed for two and terrace. There is no toilet in the sauna building.
Carport for two cars. NOTE! charging an electric/hybrid car is prohibited (the geothermal machine can be damaged if there is an electrical overload).
A wood heated hot tub that can only be used by separate agreement. The owner charges a fee for the use of hot tub (clients heat the tub themselves). You can rent hot tub all around the year.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
