Ocean Nest is a spacious, well-located holiday home in central Torquay, just a short walk from the main beaches, harbour, and town centre. Ideal for families, small groups, and dog owners, it offers a practical and comfortable base for exploring South Devon. Several dog-friendly beaches and parks, including Cockington Country Park, are within walking distance, making it especially convenient for guests travelling with pets.

A second bedroom has a queen-size double bed, with the option to add a single bed if required.
A third bedroom offers two or three single beds, depending on guest needs.
There is one fully refurbished master bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower, high-end fittings, and a hygienic handheld douche. There is also a separate guest WC which includes a washbasin, toilet and a second douche next to the third bedroom.
The open-plan living and dining area is designed for easy family living—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a shared meal. High-speed fibre broadband is available throughout the house for leisure or work.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, espresso pot, capsule coffee machine, and a wide range of cookware. A washing machine is also available for guest use.

Payment terms and -periods
