The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a fireplace and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a freezer.

Inside, the property features two inviting bedrooms: a double room with a quality en-suite bathroom and a TV, and a ground-floor twin room, also equipped with a TV. A spiral staircase leads to the first-floor sitting room, where guests can unwind beside a cosy woodburning stove beneath a vaulted beamed ceiling. The ground floor bathroom includes a bath with an electric shower, a basin, and a WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Set within an acre of private gardens, this charming barn offers ample outdoor space, including a patio area perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The location within the Peak District National Park allows for stunning natural beauty, with the nearby Manifold Trail providing excellent walking and cycling opportunities. The village of Warslow, featuring a traditional pub, is a short walk away, while the bustling village of Hartington, just 2.5 miles away, offers shops and local amenities. Off-road parking for two vehicles is available, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
