The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath, two washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven.

Stylish dining and sitting rooms flank the entrance hall of this elegant Georgian house, setting a refined tone before you've even reached the stairs. It's built for a big family gathering that still wants a touch of grandeur.

Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms come with their own en-suite and panoramic views over the valley, with a cozy single bedroom tucked between them sharing that same outlook. Towards the back of the house, exposed beams frame a luxurious marble-lined family bathroom, complete with a walk-in glass shower, a roll-top bath and a washbasin. Two further bedrooms, one a zip-and-link super-king or twin and the other a straightforward twin, keep their original ancient beams on show. Downstairs, a snug with a 50-inch Smart TV sits alongside a handy toilet, and the kitchen holds a range cooker and farmhouse table, opening onto a garden room with table tennis and table football.

The garden room leads out to a private, south-facing terrace, complete with a hot tub, a barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor rattan dining set for long summer evenings. Beyond the house, the wider estate brings a heated indoor pool, a games room, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a five-a-side football pitch and yoga classes into easy reach.

Combe Martin sits on North Devon's dramatic coastline, with Exmoor's wild moorland and sea cliffs both within easy striking distance. Between the house's own grandeur and the estate's facilities, there's rarely a reason to want for more.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
