The Space
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, four modern bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, underfloor heating, and a 65-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern cooking facilities, while the Aga is decorative and not available for guest use. Outside, guests can relax in the fully enclosed garden, enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ, unwind in the private indoor hot tub and sauna, or take a refreshing dip in the private outdoor swimming pool (available from May to September). Complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking, family-friendly amenities, and secure outdoor space for pets complete this luxurious countryside stay.
Location
Situated in the peaceful village of Bradwell, the villa offers easy access to Gorleston Beach, Great Yarmouth, the Norfolk Broads National Park, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, and the famous Hippodrome Circus. Guests can also enjoy nearby walking and cycling trails, fishing, golf courses, nature reserves, and a variety of local pubs, restaurants, and seaside attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Norfolk.
Good to Know
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa with convenient self check-in. The indoor hot tub and sauna are available for an additional £40 per night (maximum £150 per stay), while the outdoor swimming pool is available from May to September. An extra foldable bed is available for £17 per night, and early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £50, subject to availability. A refundable Safety Deposit of £500 in the form of an authorisation hold on your credit card is required upon arrival. Pets are welcome for £50 per pet, per stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
