Surrounded by rolling countryside, guests may spot pheasants, deer, and owls, while nearby eco-friendly marshlands attract a diverse range of birds and insects. It’s an ideal retreat for relaxation and reconnecting with the outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle.

Set on a wooden platform within a private 4-acre field, the tent comfortably sleeps four on proper beds with mattresses—one double and two singles—ready for your arrival. Children will love the cow-themed duvet covers! An extra child can be accommodated on a pull-out mattress; please bring your own bedding or small inflatable bed if preferred. A modern wood-burning stove outside the tent provides warmth and cooking facilities, while fairy lights and battery-powered tea lights inside create a cozy, tranquil atmosphere.

Guests have access to a private covered outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, cooking equipment, and crockery, plus an outdoor seating area for meals and relaxation. For a true camping experience, enjoy the fire pit—perfect for toasting marshmallows under the stars. The tent has no internal electricity to help you unwind from digital devices, though power is available in the nearby play barn if needed. Strictly no pets. This charming retreat offers parking, a garden, and essential amenities, making it a wonderful base for exploring North Devon’s stunning beaches and countryside.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
