Bi-fold doors open to a stunning 7.1-meter-wide balcony, where you can sit back, relax, and take in the spectacular views. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks, the balcony provides the perfect setting to soak in the Devon atmosphere. The apartment also boasts modern amenities like underfloor heating, an EV charger, and allocated parking for two vehicles in the secure underground car park.

Situated near the popular Back Beach and within walking distance to a vibrant town center filled with bars, restaurants, and shops, Anchor View offers a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful Devon coast. For those who enjoy the outdoors, coastal walks and beaches are easily accessible. If you're a fan of trains, you’ll even be treated to views of Devon’s steam trains during the spring and summer. Please note, the property is accessible via three flights of stairs or a lift from the car park, and it’s wheelchair accessible.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
