General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Set amidst 1.5 acres of beautiful, shared gardens, this delightful holiday cottage provides a perfect combination of modern amenities and countryside charm. It is ideal for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with comfortable seating, a Freeview TV, DVD player, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen/diner features modern appliances such as a dual-fuel cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine/tumble dryer, along with a large pine dining table that seats eight, perfect for family meals, with a highchair available for little ones.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a 5ft bed and an en-suite shower room, with ample space for a cot. A second double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed also includes an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and a basin, while the bunk room features full-size bunks and a Velux window. A family bathroom completes this level. Guests can enjoy shared access to stunning grounds that include duck ponds, waterfalls, barbecue areas, and a children's play hut. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but supervision is required due to free-roaming ducks and chickens. Parking for two cars is available, with extra space nearby if needed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
