General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a washbasin, a toilet and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven.

Chandeliers catch the light beneath ornate cornices, and picture rails trace every wall, grounding the whole house in proper period grandeur. This is a country house built for gathering the whole extended family under one very grand roof.

Eight bedrooms sleep up to fifteen guests, served by six bathrooms, so mornings never turn into a queue. The main living room brings inviting sofas together around a 50-inch TV with Netflix and Prime streaming built in, while a snug and a secondary lounge, reached through a concealed bookcase door, give the house room to spread out. Two well-lit kitchens, each fitted with dual range cookers and two dishwashers, make catering for a crowd genuinely manageable, with island seating and a formal dining room for sit-down meals, plus a terrace overlooking the countryside for alfresco dining.

Leisure facilities cater to every age, a heated indoor pool, indoor soft play and an outdoor pirate ship play area keep younger guests busy, while miniature football, croquet, cricket, badminton and a trampoline fill the garden with activity. The games room holds table tennis, a private hot tub sits just outside, and woodland walks through meadows, and streams lie right on the doorstep. Evenings can move to the firepit, with yoga, massage and a private chef available by arrangement.

Combe Martin sits on North Devon's dramatic coastline, with Exmoor's moorland and sea cliffs both within easy reach. With so much on offer here, there's a genuine temptation to simply stay put and let the house do the entertaining.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
