This expansive Edwardian mansion offers a unique setting for large groups, with plenty of space to accommodate up to 21 guests. The house, built during the early years of World War I, features a homely atmosphere thanks to the owner's personal touch, which includes a collection of antiques and thoughtful additions throughout the property.
The mansion has 9 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. Two bedrooms on the ground floor are accessible with wide doors, and additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the form of camping mattresses for extra guests. The property is designed to cater to group activities with amenities such as board games, a trampoline, slackline, wetsuits, a swing, fire pit, BBQ, and even river swimming with wetsuits provided. Pets are allowed, but only in the kitchen area, where they can enjoy the warmth of the Aga and sofas.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
