The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, two televisions, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two hairdryers, two washbasins, a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The well-equipped kitchen, designed in a modern country style with local green slate work surfaces, includes a full-sized fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, and ample space to prepare meals. A sunny sunroom enhances the charm, with double doors opening onto a patio with serene garden and hill views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation.

Each bedroom is light and airy, with ample storage for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers zip-link twin beds that can be configured as needed. The third bedroom contains a full-sized single bed. With a spacious garden that boasts stunning views and features a natural stream, it’s a lovely place to sit and take in the surroundings. The garden does not have a fence, so supervision is recommended for children. Amenities in Braithwaite include shops, tea rooms, and local pubs, with the market town of Keswick just two miles away—offering cafes, shops, and access to breathtaking hiking trails.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
