The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Accommodating up to six guests, the well-appointed space features a large, open-plan lounge and dining area with wooden floors and underfloor heating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer to enhance your self-catering experience. Sleeping arrangements comprise a double bedroom with an ensuite wet room, a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and another twin bedroom with an ensuite family bath/shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Outdoors, a lovely dining area provides seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.

This retreat is a fantastic base for exploring the vastness of Bodmin Moor, with a variety of walking, cycling, and horse riding opportunities right on your doorstep. The area is rich in wildlife, and guests can access secure cycle storage. While EV charging isn’t currently available, several rapid chargers are located in nearby Bodmin. With a rich tapestry of rugged landscapes, ancient history, and the legends that surround Bodmin Moor, this location promises adventure and relaxation within Cornwall’s unspoiled beauty, although guests should note that there is no Wi-Fi on the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
