The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace, a CD player and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave.

It is a peaceful countryside haven, boasting ancient woodlands and a tranquil seaside path right outside.

Inside, five guests can relax across three bedrooms, featuring one king-size double, a twin, and a cozy single room. The classic ground-floor living area offers a warm woodburner, a record player with a vintage vinyl collection, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, with a family bathroom containing a bathtub shower.

Step outside to explore your private fenced lawn, with free Wi-Fi and open-air parking for two cars included on the grounds. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, while a washing machine, iron, and electric heating provide extra holiday comfort. The stream is securely fenced off from the main grass area, making this detached, non-smoking property safe for both pets and children.

The hidden coastal stretch of Millook Beach is just a short stroll away, offering excellent rockpooling and quiet cliff hikes. Located near the coastal town of Bude, the property provides access to lovely surf beaches, local shops, and traditional pubs. Note that the valley is reached via a steep incline, and low-slung cars should avoid the bumpy access track.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
