The spacious sitting room, adorned with original features such as exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace, boasts stunning views towards Land's End. For your entertainment, there’s a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen has been thoughtfully re-equipped with modern amenities, including a double oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and microwave, ensuring a convenient cooking experience. A well-appointed downstairs bathroom features a heated towel rail and a bath with a shower overhead for added comfort.

Guests will enjoy a selection of books and games for leisurely afternoons, while the picturesque garden and paved rear terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun with outdoor furniture. Just a five-minute stroll away, the beautiful sandy beach awaits, along with a variety of local amenities—including a well-stocked general store, an art gallery, a cozy café, a fish and chip shop, and a welcoming pub.

Please note that due to steep steps leading down to the cottage and garden, this charming home may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or for young children under eight. This is a no-smoking and pet-free property, and off-road parking is included for one small car, with additional pay-and-display options available within the harbour area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
