General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a DVD player. In addition there is a patio, a set of garden furniture, a balcony and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer.

This luxurious three-bedroom lodge is perfectly situated on the scenic Rame Peninsula, boasting breathtaking views across Plymouth Sound. With Freathy Beach just a short walk away, guests can easily access the stunning sands via a picturesque cliff path. Additionally, several other beautiful beaches, including those in Millbrook, Kingsand, and Cawsand, are all within a mile, offering plenty of options for sunbathing and seaside fun.

Inside, the lodge features a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, stylishly furnished to ensure comfort and relaxation during your stay. The living space includes cozy sofas, a television with a DVD player, and a large dining table where family meals can be enjoyed while soaking in the spectacular sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities for a hassle-free stay. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, each providing comfort and ample storage. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom features two full-size single beds, and the third has twin beds. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the accommodations. Double doors from the living area lead out to a beautifully crafted decking space, furnished with outdoor seating and a sun lounger—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Guests also have access to an indoor pool, which is free for lodge occupants. Each stay includes a complimentary one-hour swim session for each night booked, with reservations available at the reception.

Nearby attractions include the historic Royal William Yard and the National Trust’s Anthony House, both easily reachable within a 15-minute drive. For connectivity, the lodge offers Wi-Fi access, accommodating up to ten devices, making it convenient for those wishing to stay connected during their getaway. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
