The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a DVD player and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath and a shower.

Perfect for families or groups, it includes a bright open-plan living area with plush sofas and access to a furnished deck ideal for social gatherings. Pets are warmly welcomed, with dog bowls, towels, and treats provided. Guests can also enjoy one complimentary hour in the on-site indoor swimming pool for each night of their stay, adding a relaxing touch to the group getaway.

Freathy Beach is reachable via a dramatic cliff path, with other golden beaches close by. Quaint villages like Kingsand, Cawsand, and Millbrook offer local cafes and charm, while attractions like Royal William Yard and Anthony House lie just a short drive away. Plymouth’s transport links, including ferry and rail, are easily accessible for exploring further afield.

Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and utility space with a washing machine. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
