The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The living room offers a velvet sofa and armchair, ideal for relaxing in front of the digital TV or listening to music through the sound dock. Doors open onto a spacious Indian sandstone patio with a stylish rattan garden sofa, perfect for lounging or enjoying a firepit in the evening.

The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, offers a tranquil retreat with fresh pastel tones and its own private patio, while the twin room is designed with a blend of industrial style and natural elements. Both rooms feature luxury Silent Night Eco Mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The luxury family bathroom includes a bath, waterfall shower, and heated towel rail. The barn also has a hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners for your convenience.

The property also offers a range of activities, including exploring the private woodland, spotting wildlife such as hares, deer, and red kites, or taking a short drive to nearby attractions like the Linton Zoo, Duxford Imperial War Museum, and Cambridge. There are also plenty of walking and cycling routes in the surrounding area, including the famous Icknield Way trail.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
