Three bedrooms offer double beds, and for families traveling with little ones, a baby bed and high chair can be arranged upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel heater, and the utility room has a washing machine for added convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals together. Outside, a large garden and terrace area invite relaxation and play. Enjoy the sun on two loungers, dine on garden furniture, or grill a delicious meal on the charcoal barbecue. Children can play safely in the sandpit, and a limited number of bicycles are available for use with prior notice. The house is heated with energy-efficient heat pumps and the wood-burning stove, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. Pets are welcome, and the property provides a private, family-friendly retreat. The house is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
